About Laura

Laura is a registered member of the BACP (01001588). She is a highly intuitive empath who has been working in the counselling industry since 2011. Laura originally studied a degree in Person Centred Counselling, and since has trained in further disciplines, including Play Therapy and CBT.
She worked for the National Play Therapy organisation Place to Be, and has developed skills to attend to all age ranges (from 4 years upwards) and abilities. In addition, she has spent time working in women's centres, schools and domestic abuse refuges. Laura tailors each session, to uniquely suit the individual. She is passionate about helping others, and recently decided to set up Woburn Wellbeing Centre.

Laura loves working with a diverse range of clients. She always puts her all in to providing a tailored approach, to support the individual. Phone, internet or video call options, also available.

WALK & TALK THERAPY
Laura has found walk and talk therapy to be an incredibly powerful form of counselling support. For individuals that struggle to hold eye contact, it can be a safe way to access help. Walking also has proven health benefits :)
